Our team of personal trainers include state, national and international level athletes who have used their own previous sporting backgrounds as the foundations for the way they educate their clients.

Matt Byrne

Matt’s specialty lies with rowing and road cycling. He is a former member of the Australian rowing team, and has represented the Tasmanian Institute of the Sport in the National Road Series cycling events.

Daniel has been involved in Tasmanian soccer for over 20 years as a player, coach and writer, and is currently the Strength and Conditioning coach for the Clarence Zebras youth academy.

Not only is Pablo is a motivating exercise and coaching guru, but he's a qualified Massage Terapoist, wroking with athletes and the general population to solve all sorts of muscular problems.

Each of our trainers are looking to share their years of experience with five individuals in ongoing, sport-specific personal training. Run faster, move quicker, jump higher and go further than the competition with a tailored exercise program designed specifically for your areas of need.

Our trainers also have experience designing and delivering programs specifically for football, rugby, athletics, hockey and cricket, so regardless of your focus – whether it’s by yourself, with a group of friends, or as a team – we can design the perfect program to help you reach the next level.
