Workout Bookings

Even though the COVID restrictions have been eased, we still need to control the number of people in our gym and in our classes. Therefore, it's essential that you make a booking for your workouts.

Members can make bookings for classes and gym workouts by giving us a call, or by using a smartphone app (see below). When a class or gym time gets fully booked, you can join a waiting list.

IMPORTANT: To help share availability with other members who are on the waiting lists, please make sure that you cancel your bookings ASAP if you are unable to attend. 

Setting up the booking app

Using the app will let you manage your own bookings. If you’re on a waiting list, you will receive push notifications when a spot becomes available.

Download and install the "My Club Fitness" app on your smartphone. Choose one of the following options:

Open the app and register your details.

When you first open the app, click on the Register option. Make sure that you register using the email address we have on file for you.

Then you will need to search for us by entering All Aerobics in the search field. Then select the All Aerobics option.

On the next screen, choose the Hobart option.

On the next screen, choose the I’m a Member option.

On the next screen, enter all your details. IMPORTANT: Make sure you enter the email address that we have on file (see step 2). You can enter any password you want here.

Finally, click the Get Started option.

You will be now registered and logged into the app. You will be able to book for the classes that are available for your level of membership.

Bookings are available 7 days in advance. You can cancel a booking up until 30 minutes before a session starts.
