Even though the COVID restrictions have been eased, we still need to control the number of people in our gym and in our classes. Therefore, it's essential that you make a booking for your workouts.
Members can make bookings for classes and gym workouts by giving us a call, or by using a smartphone app.
Make a booking using the app
Our app provides a convenient way for you to manage your own bookings. The app shows all the classes that are on for the next 7 days. If a class is fully booked, you can join a waiting list and you will receive push notifications when a spot becomes available.
Cancel your bookings by 8pm
To help share availability with other members who are on the waiting lists, please make sure that you cancel your bookings by 8PM the night before, if you are unable to attend.
