Our Classes

Group exercise classes have always been the backbone of our business, and we've been doing them since 1990! While the Coronavirus restrictions are in place, we're offering group exercise classes for limited numbers of people. With over 100 classes running every week, there is something to suit your busy schedule every day.

Indoor Classes

As the Coronavirus restrictions have been eased more in Tasmania, indoor classes are now running throughout each day. Due to the limited numbers of people allowed, bookings are essential. Bookings are available 7 days before a class starts.

Online Workouts

Over the past few months we've built up a library of online workouts which are FREE and available for anyone to do at anytime.
