We’re excited to announce the introduction of small group Pilates classes - both Mat Pilates classes and Reformer Pilates classes, in our brand new Pilates studio.
Pilates is a holistic practice that encompasses mind, body, and spirit. Benefits include improved posture, better coordination and balance, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention.
- Mat Pilates is a floor-based practice that requires little-to-no equipment to start, which makes it perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners.
- Reformer Pilates utilises a spring loaded frame called a Reformer that helps to take your Pilates practice to the next level.
Our small group Pilates classes are tailored to your abilities and your personal fitness goals. You’ll be under the watchful eye of an expert Pilates instructor who will provide you with personalised instruction. They can tailor your training program - making sure you get all the benefits from the effort you put in at every session you do.
We limit the classes to just 10 people, so you get personalised attention in the privacy of a small group class in our dedicated Pilates studio.
