To comply with health and safety standards, it is essential that we all do our part to keep the gym safe by following these guidelines:
Book your workouts
There must be only 1 person per 2 square metres inside the building. So we can control the number of people in attendance, it's essential to book your workouts beforehand.
Scan your digital access key
Every time you come in for a workout, you MUST scan your digital access key. This ensures we know who has been in the building and it will enable us to undertake contact tracing should it be required.
As you move around the building, please stay 1.5 metres away from other people. This includes classes, gym areas, stairways and change rooms.
Spray and wipe kits
During your workout, please keep a spray and wipe kit with you at all times. Use it to clean all the equipment you touch as soon as you've finished using it. You will find spray and wipe kits in all the workout areas and at reception.
Please bring a hand towel to cover the equipment you are using wherever possible. Use the sanitising stations to wash your hands before and after entering the workout areas.
The change rooms are available for use, but only if it's essential. We'd prefer you to come along to the gym dressed in your workout gear and have a shower elsewhere. If you cannot stay 1.5 metres away from other people when inside the change rooms, please come back later.
The water dispensers are places people touch and congregate, so they will NOT be available. Please bring your own water bottle that has been filled before you arrive.
Bottled water is available from the vending machine.
In addition to everything we're asking you to do, our team will be constantly working to keep our indoor areas clean. We'll be doing a "deep clean" before the peak periods every day.
