Outdoor training sessions

Our two outdoor program's include Bootcamp and Run Squad. Bootcamp provides a fun balance of cardio and strength development. Run group provides a supportive environment for the beginner to the experienced with a focus on preparing for Hobart's major fun runs.

Both programs are developed by experienced trainers using credible yet innovative ideas to plan some amazing workouts that help you to find your potential.
