When he lived in Bazil, Pablo graduated from University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Education, specialising in Physical Education. He then went onto futher studies, graduating with a Diploma in Exercise Physiology and then specialising in rehabilition through a postgraduate degree in Adapted Physical Education and Health.
Upon arriving in Australia in 2016, Pablo started to learn English and obtained a Certificate III in Fitness and a Certificate IV in Fitness - both of which are the minimum qualifictions needed to work as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in Australia.
Not only is he a motivating exercise and coaching guru, we should mention Pablo is also a qualified Massage Therapist - working with althetes and the general population to solve all sorts of muscular problems, using Therapeutic Massage, Remedial Massage, Drainage, Relaxation, Myofascial Release Therapy, Trigger Points and Reiki.
"I have a lot of expereince in the fitness industry after working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor over the past 20 years. I've also coached for advanced running programs and I'm also a qualified swimming teacher", Pablo said. "What can't you do?", we said.
