In these crazy COVID times you might prefer to exercise on your own, instead of being in a class with a group of people. To help you do this, we've introduced a workout program you can do at any time in the gym. It's called "Workout of The Day". There's a new workout in the group exercise room every day, as well an an outdoor workout in the brand new outdoor exercise area!
You can complete a structured workout written by one of our expert trainers with the comfort of knowing you’re being COVID-safe. We will update the programs every day to ensure you’ll be getting something different, challenging and fun every time you workout. You'll also have the option of doing a functional, all-round outdoor workout utilising the fully equipped outdoor workout area!
The sessions will include all of your favourite class formats including Spin, Strong Bar and HIIT, and any equipment you might need will be laid out ready to go. There will be tips on how to make the workout harder or easier to accommodate for every fitness level, and we can even work around injuries. Chat to one of our friendly trainers before you start the Workout of the Day to get some alternative exercises, if you need it. We're here to help!
