Outdoor Workouts Are Back

If you’re feeling unsure about coming inside the gym during these crazy COVID times, we have the perfect solution! We’re bringing outdoor classes back to our group exercise timetable and introducing a brand new outdoor workout area, which will make social distancing a breeze. Our team of personal trainers are available for one-on-one outdoor sessions too!

Outdoor Classes

Outdoor classes will allow you to experience the familiar class atmosphere with the added security of increased social distancing in the fresh air.  

Throughout the week, you’ll have the choice of outdoor Boot Camp, Boxing and Run Squad classes which will be available across all timeslots and on the weekends. We’ll be adding outdoor classes to the timetable in the coming weeks. Right now you can choose these class times:

Outdoor Run Squad with Terry
5:30PM Tuesdays

Outdoor Run Squad with Alyssa
5:45AM Wednesdays 

Outdoor Boot Camp with Rob
5:30AM Thursdays 

Outdoor Boxing with Rob
12:10PM Thursdays

Even though these sessions are being held outside, we still need to control the number of people who will be gathering, so spots are limited!

Outdoor Gym Area

The outdoor gym area is available for you to use for your own workouts. Located at the back of the cardio theatre is a spacious courtyard laid with astroturf and equipped with all the gear you need for a solid workout; including free weights, skipping ropes, medicine balls, battle ropes, resistance bands and more! 

To ensure your safety and security, the outdoor gym area will only be available during reception hours, but the indoor gym areas are always open 24 hours a day

Outdoor PT Sessions

Our team of Personal Trainers are available for outdoor PT sessions as well. With the fully equipped outdoor gym area, you’ll have access to a wide range of gear and an expert trainer to ensure you get the most out of your workout. Plus, the change to your regular routine might be exactly what you need to see the results you want.
