Our new class timetable has started and it comes with more morning classes and extra evening classes being added to our weekly line-up. This gives you even more options to fit in a workout every day.
New 5:15AM classes
Our day kicks off earlier each weekday morning with a 45 minute class starting at 5:15AM. The next classes will follow at 6:00AM, or 6:15AM and 6:30AM, so there are plenty of options to get a workout done before you start your busy day.
New 6:30PM classes
If you’re not a morning person, we’ve extended our evening line-up of classes too, adding an extra 45 minute class on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30PM. This is perfect for people who finish work a bit later, or for busy parents who need to sort the kids out first at the end of the day.
The classes added include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Spin and Strong Bar. This has increased the number of classes to well over 100 that will be running each week, which makes this the biggest feature-packed line-up of classes we’ve ever had.
