Teresa has earned a reputation as one of Hobart’s leading Pilates instructors thanks to 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and a long list of qualifications. 

Teresa has completed Pilates Institute of Australia Level I, II and III training, as well as a Diploma of Professional Pilates from the Pilates International Training Centre. She is a certified Pilates for Pregnancy instructor and has undertaken her Barrecode training.  

Teresa is also an accomplished Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor equipped with a Fitness Leaders Certificate III from University of Tasmania and a Certificate IV in Fitness.

Teresa also works alongside Daniel to manage the Platinum Club as the head of Pilates.
