Run

Welcome to our very own run club! This is a group running session aimed to enhance your technique, fitness and performance using different running drills. If you like running, or if you want to get better and running, then this is the class for you.

You'll be put through your paces while running through the streets of Hobart and through the recreation areas that are close to our fitness centre. Each class will include individual challenges such as climbing hills, speed intervals and longer endurance drills. This is not a race, so you will be working at your own level and within your own ability. Run classes are an outdoor training session which are done as a group, so you'll be running with other like-minded people in a social environment and you'll be under the watchful eye of your very own running coach.

Each class starts and ends at the gym, so meet the group near our reception area at class time.

What do you need for a Run class?

Bring a drink bottle and wear some good-quality running shoes with some comfortable running clothes. This is an outdoor session, so bring something to wear if it gets cold or wet.
