Platinum Club

In addition to unlimited 24-hour access to the gym and all of our classes, Platinum Club membership offers small group training sessions with one of our expert Personal Trainers or specialised Fitness Instructors. 

You will have exclusive access to two variations of tailored, small group classes:

  • Personal Training covers all of your endurance and strength needs; and,
  • Pilates will focus on core strength, stability and mindfulness in our brand new Pilates Studio.

Our small group Personal Training and Pilates sessions are offered in a  wide variety of time-slots including early and mid mornings, lunch-times and evenings. They are limited to 10 people, ensuring you get the dedicated attention you require as you progress toward your fitness goals.

Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training sessions focus on either functional strength or endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Every 12 weeks our team of fitness professionals come together to develop a training program that is specific to your training needs, with the ability to be tailored to the individual within each session. From the very first class you will experience an exciting challenge, as you work toward building your cardiovascular fitness and improving your strength and endurance levels. 

Another unique aspect of the Small Group Personal Training sessions is the unrivalled opportunity to create friendships with your fellow members. The motivating team environment provides the most effective and fun workout you will experience. You will also meet our team of trainers - each with their own unique background - as they motivate you toward becoming the best version of yourself. 

Small Group Pilates Classes

The newest edition to our Small Group class line-up is Pilates. Right now we have Small Group Mat Pilates classes available and we’re soon to be launching Small Group Reformer Pilates classes.

Pilates is a holistic practice that encompasses mind, body, and spirit. Benefits include improved posture, better coordination and balance, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention.

Mat Pilates is a floor-based practice that requires little-to-no equipment to start, which makes it perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners. Reformer Pilates utilises a spring loaded frame called a Reformer that helps to take your Pilates practice to the next level. Our qualified Pilates instructors will guide your sessions and lead you on a personalised journey that will guarantee results.
