Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening exercise program that focuses on your core and stabilising muscles, helping you to build a strong and balanced body while improving your flexibility. As you progress, you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, core strength and body awareness.

Mat Pilates does not require any equipment, and in our spacious Fitness Studio you'll have plenty of room to move.  

This class is a great choice for everyone from beginners to advanced participants because every exercise can be modified to decrease or increase the level of challenge. Mat Pilates is the perfect option to compliment your other training, teaching you exercises and techniques you can use in the gym, at work and at home.

What you need

Bring a sweat towel, a drink bottle and wear some comfortable stretchy workout clothes.
