This is an all over conditioning workout using a Fitball to strengthen your core muscles and increase flexibility. This type of classes focusses on engaging multiple muscle groups and it helps tp strengthen abdominal and back muscles, improves balance and coordination, and it helps to reduce the risk of injury.
