Make a Booking

As the Coronavirus restrictions have been eased, we are running indoor classes every day. Our weights gym and cardio theatre is also available between the following times:

Monday - Friday: 6AM - 7PM
Saturday: 8AM - 11AM
Sunday: 8AM - 11AM

Due to the limited numbers of people allowed inside our building, bookings are essential. Members can make bookings for classes and gym workouts by giving us a call, or by using a smartphone app (see below). When a class or gym time gets fully booked, you can join a waiting list.

Bookings are available 7 days in advance. You can cancel a booking up until 30 minutes before a session starts. To help share availability with other members, please only book up to 1 class per day and 1 gym workout per day.

Using the app will let you manage your own bookings. If you’re on a waiting list, you will receive push notifications when a spot becomes available.

Before using the app

Before making a booking using the app, there are a couple of important things you need to do.

Step 1

Make sure your membership is active. 

If your membership was on hold during our closure, it has been taken off suspension already. If you cancelled your membership, now is the perfect time to join again.

Step 2

Make sure we have your current email address on file.

You will need to register a user account on the app. IMPORTANT: The email address you use must be the same as email address we have on file. If you need to change it, or if you need to check it, please contact us.

Setting up the app

Once your email address is correct on our system, you are ready to use the app.

Step 3

Download and install the app on your smartphone. Choose one of the following options:

Open the app and register your details.

When you first open the app, click on the Register option.

Then you will need to search for us by entering All Aerobics in the search field. Then select the All Aerobics option.

On the next screen, choose the Hobart option.

On the next screen, choose the I’m a Member option.

On the next screen, enter all your details. IMPORTANT: Make sure you enter the email address that we have on file (see step 2). You can enter any password you want here.

Finally, click the Get Started option.

You will be now registered and logged into the app. You will be able to book for the classes that are available for your level of membership.
