Remember the days when Aerobics Oz Style was on the TV every morning at 6AM? It was the late 1980s and early 1990s when execise to music was at its peak! People flocked to the gym to get a swaet up with their favourite celebrity fitness instructors; all in the name of health and fitness. Big hair, skimpy outfits and energetic choregoraphy created at atmosphere that motivated everyone to have fun and burn some calroies. Well friends, those days are here again and we're getting back to our roots in this action-packed 30 minute aerobics workout. Now, if only we can remember how to use a cassette player...
