When you take part in our 12 week challenge, our motivating personal trainers will guide and coach you into a routine that will suit your lifestyle. We'll prepare an exercise program and an eating plan that will help get the results you need to win the challenge. It doesn't matter about your age or current level of fitness, everyone who takes the challenge has the same chance of winning.

The 12 week challenge also includes FREE use of the Platinum Club (small group training), so there's plenty of opportunities to exercise effectively under the watchful eyes of our personal trainers. Plus, you can always take part in any of our group exercise classes or do your own exercise program in our fully equipped weights gymcardio area or the women's gym.
