Classes

We have Tasmania's largest number of exercise classes - with over 70 classes running every week. No matter what sort of classes you like, we have something for you.

BRIC - NEW CLASS 6.30pm Monday

B=Bike

R=Run

I=Interval

C=Class

A challenging class which combines cycling on the Spin bikes and running outdoors.

Great training for Triathlon & Duathlon events.

 

Cardio Box (CB)

Cardiovascular and strength conditioning class combining the use of the Circuit and Boxing. No boxing experience is necessary. A great total body workout adaptable to all fitness levels. Participants use the Circuit and combine boxing group work to heighten the intensity of the class and work muscle groups they never knew they had........It's fun too!

Cross Trainer (XT)

An aerobics class incorporating High and Low Impact Aerobics, Step and Body Sculpt (the use of light hand-weights).

AerAttack (AA)

An energetic cardio defence style exercise class.  Fantastic for improving fitness.

Body Blast (BB)

A dynamic class combining Hi and Low impact aerobics and the optional use of light hand weights.

Cardio Challenge (CC)

A simple energetic cardio class incorporating running, cycling and free weights.  Guaranteed to make you work hard.  No coordination required.

 

BAR class (BAR)

A strength based class using a barbell & weights to improve muscle tone and endurance.

Circuit

A combination of aerobics stations and pin loaded weight stations, designed to improve muscle tone and strength, improve fitness and burn body fat.

Spin (S)

A motivating group exercise cycling class.  The ultimate class to improve fitness, burn body fat and tone the legs and bottom.

Super Spin (SS)

Faster, Stronger & Longer. This is the class designed for participants that want that little bit more. A 1.5 hour class which includes 1 hour of solid cycling and 1/2 hour of core strength and stretching in the aerobic room. A great way to improve your fitness, burn body fat, increase core strength and flexibility. What better way to complete your week!

Yolates (Y)

A combination of Yoga and Pilates exercises.  The perfect class for improving core strength, stability, flexibility and postural awareness.

Fitball (FB)

A strength and conditioning class designed to improve core strength, flexibility and balance.  Excellent abdominal workout.
