behind or asked to perform more challenging work than they are capable
of doing safely. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
Individuals of every skill level benefit immensely. You do NOT need
to be in shape to join! What is the structure of the sessions?Each class begins with a good warm up, followed by a workout that combines strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility exercises. Fitness assessments are performed at the beginning and end of the four week course to gauge your improvement. Where will the sessions be held?Recruits meet at the Club and from here venture out to the many Parks and hills in the central Hobart area. During the cooler and darker months of the year we take Boot Camp inside. Warmer and safer than being out in the dark & wet, but don't be fooled ... just as tough!
